Refund policy
When your Lift Chair Recliner is delivered, please inspect it for damage and to ensure the correct Lift Chair Recliner was delivered. If it is damaged or incorrect, refuse the delivery. If it was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect, call a Lift Chair Pro at 402-421-8800.
We Want You To Be Completely Satisfied With Your Purchase. Due To the Size And Nature Of Lift Chair Recliners, Please Review Our Return Policy Carefully Before Placing Your Order.
Custom-Built Lift Chairs, Including Those With Upgraded/Custom/Cross-Over Fabrics, Heat and Massage/Vibrate, Heat Wave, PowerPillow, Footrest Extension or Left-Hand Control Options Are Non-Returnable.
Non-Custom-Built Lift Chair Recliners Are Subject To The Following Return Policy:
- The Lift Chair Recliner Will Be Subject To A 25% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the Lift Chair Recliner must be in the original packaging.
- The Lift Chair Recliner must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and cannot be unboxed.
- All accessories and power cords included in the lift chair’s box must be returned.
- Lift Chairs canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and Service Contract Fees are nonrefundable.
- A Return Authorization from Lift Chair Pros must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The Lift Chair Recliner must be shipped back to the address noted on the Return Authorization within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking, freight fees, and service contract fees will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If your Lift Chair was delivered by a technician, and the delivery slip is signed and accepted, the Lift Chair is unable to be returned.
Return Process To Follow:
- Call a Lift Chair Pro to request a Return Authorization Number. Please have your order information available before calling. All returns received without a Return Authorization Number Will Not Be Credited.
- After we issue a Return Authorization Number, ship the Lift Chair Recliner to the address on Return Authorization within 15 days.
- Once the product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If the Lift Chair Recliner shows any signs of use, Lift Chair Pros is unfortunately not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable we will contact you and you can decide if you'd like it shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, freight fees, and service contract fees will be refunded to your original form of payment.
